With over 40 years of experience in the airline industry, I began my career as a flight attendant with Lufthansa, progressing to Purser and Senior Trainer, where I trained and evaluated new cabin crew. Throughout my career, I was directly involved in recruitment, training development, and emergency procedures, working across multiple aircraft types and international operations.

After my flying career, I continued shaping the industry by developing training programs for Lufthansa and Airbus, and later founded a flight attendant training company specializing in pre-employment and e-learning programs. My work has helped airlines improve training efficiency while preparing thousands of candidates for success.
